Great video demonstrating aspects of mise en scene we could possibly adopt within our music video. The concept of using props such as animals masks would provide amplification to the lyrics in our chosen track, as it makes references to animals such as 'owls' and 'birds'. Also, it would conform to our aim of making the video art based taking inspiration from existing pop music videos such as Rolex by Wiley. The characters all dress as foxes and wear fox masks.
ReplyDeleteThis is a very conceptual idea which I like instead of going down the narrative route. It has a large connection with the lyrics, with the animal references and I think this is definitely something we can use in our final piece.
